Edinburgh Rugby play United Rugby Championship and European rugby here. They still use Murrayfield for the 1872 Cup derby against Glasgow and other large fixtures.
The move that worked
Attendances rose sharply after the switch. A full 7,800 generates an atmosphere that 10,000 inside Murrayfield never could.
