About Pat Lam
Pat Lam has been Bristol Bears director of rugby since 2017 and is contracted to 2028, making him one of the longest-serving senior figures in the Premiership. A former Samoa captain and number eight, he coached Auckland, the Blues and Connacht — whom he led to a first Pro12 title in 2016 — before moving to Bristol. He took the Bears back into the Premiership and to the Premiership Rugby Cup and Challenge Cup.
