Lemalu Tusiata “Tusi” Pisi was appointed Manu Samoa head coach in April 2025, promoted from his role as an assistant and succeeding Mahonri Schwalger. A former Samoa fly-half from one of the country’s best-known rugby families, he played at multiple World Cups and spent much of his club career in Japan before moving into coaching with the national set-up. He led Samoa through the 2026 World Rugby Nations Cup.
